Not every requirement fits neatly into a catalogue. If your company is looking for a technical product, industrial component or project item that is not covered elsewhere on this website, send it to us as a custom sourcing request.
Start with what you know. A model number or datasheet is useful, but a clear description, required function, dimensions, quantity and reference image can also give us enough context to assess the request. If something important is missing, we will ask before approaching the market.
We will review the request and tell you honestly whether it is workable for us. A custom request is not a promise of supply: availability, pricing, documentation and lead time can only be confirmed after the product, quantity, destination and transaction requirements have been checked.

What if I do not know the exact model?
Tell us what the product needs to do and share any useful dimensions, drawings, photos or reference products. We will let you know if the information is sufficient to start a sourcing review.
Does every request receive a quotation?
Not automatically. We first check whether the product can be identified, whether the requested quantity and destination are workable and whether a suitable supply route can be reviewed.
Can I send a list containing several products?
Yes. Attach the list and include quantities, priorities and delivery requirements for each line where possible.
